I hadn't heard that, but if true, they are looking at expulsion and jail time. This is the Super Bowl, not Stanford v Berkeley. I at first wondered if it were hackers. Then you think of all those TV and movie dramas where cutting the power is as easy as putting a small lump of C-4 on a breaker somewhere. Apparently it was a software setting that automatically shut down the power when certain conditions were met.
