I kinda like using gdgt as the Rotten Tomatoes of gadget reviews. They give Surface Pro a combined score of 7.1 (worse than the Surface RT's 7.4). gdgt.com

Re: Surface Designed by committee? Of engineers probably? Sounds promising! Snide remarks aside, review makes it sound like the internal workings have the same design problems - the ones we don't directly see, except as an effect - as in all their other products. Bloat. Sigh Just like the two Miss Universe hopefuls, one who decides to get to their goal by eating lots of protein and fiber and vitamins and exercise and the other by going on the "chocolate and peanut butter diet and relaxing all day watching "Desperate Wives" (or that New Jersey thing) whilst on said diet. One year later...
