It's like some kind of a sick joke, or something worse.

Dude walks into the office and says, "Boss, the stock is screwed, rock bottom and dropping, what do we do?" Boss says, "Print a gazillion more shares and toss them out the window."

Unreal.

New all time low, is it, today? Yup.

TSL, I'm not a wizard, and you have posted often, and I respect your posts. I'm not at all happy about what I'm reading about this new "offering" which every freaking time MMG or SVBL do this its like a pure give away!

However, let me offer these, albeit uneducated, thoughts.

Using yesterdays Yahoo Mkt Cap I figured we have about 136M shares outstanding. Now, with this offering of some 22.75M "Units" which I read as, fundamentally, 1.5 shares per "Unit" that we're now adding some 34.125M shares to the "Outstanding" shares bringing outstanding to about 170M shares.

Now with no real expertise and knowledge, we're supposed to be coming up with over 100M ounces of Silver, and over time I've read of Zinc being "world class" and maybe 9 > 10 Billion pounds. Between those two I toyed with the idea of a "Market Cap" of $1.5 Billion. Now with that much Silver and current market placing that at maybe $3 Billion, and Zinc trading near $1 giving that item near $9 Billion for a total of $12 Billion, would say my $1.5 Billion "Market Cap" estimate WAG wouldn't be totally out of line? Maybe even short of a number that a smarter fellow might come up with?

Anyway, at the 136M shares outstanding, we'd be thinking about $11 per share. And at the 170M shares outstanding we'd be thinking about $8.80 per share. A loss of about $2.20 per share, or about 20%. Sure as HELL doesn't make me happy, but, $8.80 is SEVENTEEN TIMES what SVBL has been trading at for the last year! And, I do think my $1.5 Billion estimated "Market Cap" is a little short? What do you think? If it was $2.5 Billion then the PPS would be about $14.70 a share, not all bad?

Hopefully, I'm only showing I'm a bit uneducated and not a pure idiot? Especially as luck (?) would have it, I picked up a few thousand shares yesterday thinking of all the recent reports and the promise of "THE" report to come in Q1.

I have read, from third parties, that Barry has a very good track record and he's not here for pennies.
