Thanks for that, Cheif. My data only goes back to Aug 2011 and this is the greatest bull-bear difference since then.

Figure top at 65% bulls, 18% bears or so. But to last a long time, will need
pullbacks to whittle it down or else they'll get confident if things are too quiet and
it'll pop up to those levels pretty fast.
