<< COMS might be loosing some marker share to INTC in the NIC business ..but thats about it. >>

How do you know? Those softees on CNBC didn't conduct a very good interview. If I would have been doing the interview it would have been a lot different.

COMS CEO said something to the effect of "we're losing market share in some areas and gaining in others".

Why didn't the CNBC guys ask him which ones? Didn't they think that was important? It's well known that COMS gained some market share in the modem market and gained on ASND in the remote access market BECAUSE THEY STUFFED THE CHANNEL SO FULL and hyped x2 to the point that they can't practically give the stuff away now. Now KFlex is gaining momentum and the market share lead that COMS enjoyed in the 3Q will vanish in Q4/Q1.

Furthermore why didn't CNBC ask him about margins in the NIC, switching, hubs, RAS/RAC market? How come they didn't ask the CEO about INTC cutting prices? All they did was talk about inventory corrections which the CEO was well prepared to answer. Of course they gave him the obligatory Asia question as well.

Cavuto should have done the interview. He would have ripped him apart. Cavuto pulls no punches...

Now that I think about it Cramer should have done the interview. He would have asked the best question of all. Something like: "Do you feel your stock is a buy at these levels and do you plan on purchasing it after the quiet period?"
