I thought Walker's explanation was pretty nice and simple, for what can be done in one or two paragraphs. I recognize the names of two of the inventors (Katz and Stroud), and these guys are X-ray crystallographers; Katz has also published some structural NMR stuff if I remember correctly. I am not sure I can give you a decent opinion on this type of PI yet, but I had been out of SQNA and ARRS and it is getting very tempting to jump back in at these levels. How's that for an opinion? No November 15 issue yet for IL-12, and thanks for the pointer to the Cell minireviews, I will read them later. PB
