GZ, we have the BOJ, the FED, the ECB engaged in massive quantitative easing and the Chinese finance minister was musing last week about what happens in a world where all the major countries are having a race to devalue their currencies...... If every one is printing at Quantum Quark speed.... how does any currency relationship change..... we appear to have a nascent currency war brewing with a competitive race to the bottom strategy...... so who wins in that kind of world Sheila Bair former FDIC chairman...... was interviewed today..... With the LIBOR scandal still playing out and the Department of Justice looking at S&P for criminal liability..... and the S&P properly downgrading US soverign debt...... Bartiromo asks if there is outright manipulation going on and Sheila Bair says she has not been in favor of what is going on.... but it's being done with the best of intentions....
