Does anyone know when the new nasdaq rules regarding no trading under one dollar will go into effect?

Brad,
Take another look at the statement. The loss of $5,548,000 which rolls in to the cash flow statement is before the deemed dividend is added to the loss.

The only thing that I wonder about it the calculation of the "deemed dividend." Its not shown.

Concerning the Cogent agreement. The $10 million payment keeps Cogent out of the comercial market with their algorithm, that's it. If they default on the payment, Cogent is free to compete with them in the commercial world. Big Deal! Its how they've implemented the algorithm along with the fingerprint scanners that's important.

And hey, don't think I'm not scared about the stock price. I've got a substantial investment at the $.90/share range.
