Hunter Harrison boss at CP rail (ex CN Rail) was on BNN yesterday .. he was asked about shipping oil via rail.. upshot.. sure it's an opportunity.. but he was guarded beyond that.. who knows about pipelines.. etc [Jack thinks.. of course guarded.. tightrope time.. competition for tanker space will give them pricing power... but there is a limit.. second.. do they commit to new build of tanker cars ? bad investment if a pipeline is on the horizon... ] ARII already has had a good run :O)
