Mike, we have seen a run up the month before earnings the past two, maybe three statements. This was immediately followed by a sell off. Hopefully the pattern will repeat itself. I figure earnings are due on Jan 8 since the last earnings were around Oct 8. If any stock blows away the theory of efficient markets, this is it. VIVUS is looking better than ever. The Viagra threat has always been there. The only thing that has changed with Viagra is a market release 6 months sooner than planned. According to efficient markets, Viagra should have already been factored into the price.

Mike I am sorry to say that your opinion needs to be qualified with some honesty on your part. Are you long, short or no position. Unfortunately, with posts such as yours it is difficult to trust any answer you may give becuase if you're short, you would likely lie about your position to give yourself added credibility. But I tell you what, I'll go back and check your previous posts on this thread and see. If you have been consistently negative, I'll label you a short (in my opinion of course). If you have been mixed, then I won;t consider you anything (except possibly an investor burned on the way up to 40). If you have been positive . . . then the jury is out on you (again, only in my opinion, no one else's of course).
