Yeah, are you sure that antsy feeling isn't more a function of the drop in the stock? :-) It always gives me a funny feeling.

I think the new MX rev. and GXm are still on schedule. Compaq can't ship a "soon to be announced" laptop if they aren't getting the chips right now. The new metal rev. of the MX will probably be hitting shelves soon in quantity. According to this site, which appears to be a list of distributors and resellers because some of the companies stock chips in quantities of 20,000 at times, the PR233 has an ETA of 12/9(odd coincidence?) and about the same availability as the pII 300.
