This week, Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) launched a series of ad buys in the state of California, attempting to recruit businesses from the restrictive Golden State to his home state of Texas. “Building a business is tough,” Perry intones. “But I hear building a business in California is next to impossible.” Texas, by contrast, has “low taxes, sensible regulations, and a fair legal system.” On Tuesday, Gov. Jerry Brown (D-CA) fired back – not with facts or arguments, but with bodily functions. “It’s not a serious story guys,” he chided the media. “It’s not a burp. It’s barely a fart.” He also ripped Perry for spending just $26,000 on ad buys, stating that he himself has spent tens of millions of dollars on ads.

Which may be the problem. Perry has bought more publicity with his $26,000 in ads than Brown buys with millions. And his state isn’t $16 billion in the red
– and hundreds of billions if you include the pension system.

Oh my. Just another one of millions that have been shit on by Obammy. I don't have as much sympathy for George now that I know he voted for his own misery.
