Archie, actually more than that according to EIA. They have +871 MBPD through 11 months of 2012.

Prudhoe and the AK pipeline never generated that kind of one-year increase. I was working for ARCO at the time and it took almost 10 years (1978-88) to ramp up to 2MMBPD and through most of the 80's, North Slope increases were mostly offset by depletion elsewhere.

So yes, biggest one year increase ever.

Amazing turnaround.
