I used to have contact with lots of children in my younger years. The hardest part of that contact was listening to many of their opinions that were obviously formed through public education brainwashing – things like the perils of global warming, the evils of business profits, the benefits of embracing multiculturalism over American exceptionalism, the need to de-emphasize (even intentionally ignore) uniquely American art, music, and literature, etc. What was so disheartening was the realization that their parents – all of them good people – didn’t recognize that their children were the becoming victims of leftwing propaganda, and that the dissemination of that propaganda was being paid for by their own tax dollars.
