Can you give us the approximate locale? Is it the hotel you own? How's the food?

Spent two weeks in Kauai over Christmas, and Hawaii is getting insanely expensive (e.g. 3K for a two week car rental from a "budget" place). Plus the food is for the most part, crap. And the weather was iffy.

Markets are pretty quiet. I'm waiting for whatever will happen to actually start happening. Been a while now.
