Couldn't agree with you more. SI is full of promoters who are trying to dump their shares at the top. I am sure if one were to short all the stocks on SI where these outrageous price targets are given without explanation he/she would be a big winner. ari

I agree 100% the first thing I look for when I chack out a BB stock is to see how many different threads did the message appear on. Over 3 means that someone maybe is hyping the stock which means I stay away no matter how great the stock. The only BB stock that I have seen so far that went from .125 to around $5 had very little discussion beside inside it's own thread. Learned my lesson the hard way in BB stock but hopefully the second turn around(In BB stocks) will end up better. I personally try to look for several things in a BB/Penny stock of which are: 1) Used to be listed and/or traded over $5 which means that it is legitimate(higher chance) or has alot of attention(even with bad news people will check back on it once in a while). 2) Has news/quarterly report at least once every three months, even bad news is better then no news. 3) Is somehow associated with a bid company 4) Has some kind of technology/niche market. 5) Has some cash and/or book value since then at least it will not go bankrupt anytime soon(less chance at least. Sometimes when the story is good though I do not follow my own guidelines but hopefully I will at least check to see if they have at least two of the 5 features. I do not own any of these yet but would like to hear is any of you have any comment positive or negative on these: ADOT CAFE CIST DLOV EUTO ITEL MBHC Most do not have a large following(except EUTO) but have somekind of story behind them that I like. How do you like to pick you BB/Penny stocks? and which ones are you currently looking at. John
