And I don't see anything wrong with that. Einhorn is merely using the vote issue to call attention to Apple's cash pile, and he's putting a big exclamation point on it with his law suit. Preferred shares or not, he will be happy to receive more dough. That's what he's really after. To the extent that his grandstanding benefits shareholders, I suppose it's a plus.
