So if they issue preferred shares with dividends, who gets them? What happens to the holders of the old regular shares?
I think the push is to get them issued to current shareholders. They could then be traded after that and whoever owned them would get the dividend.

I assume the current shareholders will get them, depending how the distribution is set up.
