All: What are the long term prospects for this company? Do they have a sustainable competitive advantage? For sure their automated investor service seems to help large companies reduce costs but can they defend the niche they have identified and exploited?

When I call some of their clients numbers, what I hear seems to be a service that any of the big PBX/Stand-alone-ACD/Stand-alone-voicemail vendors could copy within 12 to 18 months. To my knowledge, TSIS does not have any protected (patented) technology. Profits attract competition and if Lucent/Octel (I beleive Lucent recently bought Octel), Nortel, Siemens, NEC and others decide they want a piece of the pie, where does that leave TSIS? At very best, no one would try to compete. At a little less than best, they would be bought out. At worst, price competition would set in and the deep pocketed multi-nationals would in my opinion squash little TSIS.

Hopefully, TSIS has a strategy for defending its niche and expanding its product line. Any comments are welcome.

> This is a bulletin board stock-they are not required to report a financial statement to EDGAR or anyone until they apply for a listing. But there is nothing to prevent them from doing so voluntarily. I, for one, would like to see an audit after a few months of revenue generation. Mike
