Pancho, I will short my first portion of ALYD tomorrow ... I stay away from the BB stocks like ZMAX (also listed in Europe). IMHO, the Y2K stocks are one the greatest shorting opportunities of my investing lifetime. They are WAY overvalued with a FIXED time frame.

ZITL is free money. ACLY, DDIM, ALYD just require waiting a year or two. BTW, did you know, at different times, ZMAX was an oil exploration company and a mining company?
Best Regards, Bill

CR: Having a good day but a bit upset. I just got notice in the mail a Fidelity notice: they called back 2750 out of the 4000 ZMAX shares I shorted the Friday after turkey day. Explanation: FIFO call back of shares.

Well at least I sold short at 12 3/16 and the forced cover was at 121/8 (1/16 profit). Still I am very upset. The opportunity cost so far: over $5000!
