No lie at all. Facts are facts.

Reagan cut taxes and increased spending. And spending only accelerated throughout his term. Especially for the military.

As far as Republican input to Obamacare, most Republicans refused to participate. Those that did, like Grassley, had their input incorporated. The whole thing was based on a plan by the Heritage Foundation. So the claim that Republicans had no input is blatantly and patently false.
