" Nope; blame the trogs on the right who don't think government should exist, and who insist it is broken, and then do their best to break it. They, like you believe "tax-payer funded" means free. It doesn't. Get over it. Seek some free help. It's available to you, but not us. They will get you off of your TV and back on to your couch.
