Unions and government owned AUTO makers like GM would have quite an outstanding LIABILITY from the 30,000 annual deaths. 100,000 yearly deaths from medical errors currently occurring in the private sector would become a government liability once our socialized medical system is full swing. Could we not hold the TEACHER'S UNION LIABLE for failing to graduate over half of high school students in many cities. Yes, there is a lot of liability out there if we want to go down this road...
