Often we talk about sentiment on this thread which is a fairly subjective thing. For example with the ISEE hovering between 100 and 130 one could extrapolate just about anything. HOWEVER.... Here is a measure I often look at, the Rydex Nova/Ursa ratio which measures $$ in bull funds vs. bear funds at Rydex vis-a-vis the SPX. Despite the unreal rise in the indices this measure is still floored at .21, meaning funds are allocated to bear funds over bull funds at a ratio of nearly 5 to 1!! Disbelief is a way of life at Rydex
