"the cost of replacement of windows platform with enterprises is very high and no good alternative on sight either."

This is an old conversation, but worth revisiting with the reports of PC shipment declines. I agree that enterprise sales are sacrosanct to Windows, but the PC market is comprised of 50% personal use. Those sales are far less sticky, especially in the internet era, where the browser being the most important PC application. I think most households still will find that they need one Windows PC ("A computer in every home" still holding true), but for second and third computers, where they once bought Windows laptops, people should having no trouble finding alternatives with negligible switching costs. Sales of traditional PCs were down 15% in Q1, but a much greater percentage (say 40%) are vulnerable.
