Okay - but survival is not a legacy. We got more than survival and bread lines from the debt of the 30's. JMO. Oh, completely agree. Though saving the country from a depression and fighting the good fight against the Reps who would definitely have brought one on, is a fairly serious legacy. However, if they had asked me, I would have argued the Obama folk should have pushed hard, very hard, for serious funding for long term infrastructure work. We could make that list here but I suspect we agree without doing so.
