Again my point was simply that the tort system is worse than the patent system. That's where the problem lies.

It's not. People, anyone, can get redress. We have a great tort system. Ask the Chinese.

There is a knee jerk reaction that whenever something isn't perfect it's horrible, similar to many reactions to Apple products. It's part of the spoiled brat society.

I won't respond on the thread again because this is clearly political.
