Stockboy, The comment about a conspiracy was about half tongue in cheek. Still, there is no love loss between any boxmaker and Intel. I see your point about choosing between a K6 and GX but I was talking price points and you weren't. On the other hand, most joe consumers don't know one chip from another while boxmakers know margins. Apparently, AMD is making a lot of "at cost deals". I'm not sure where they are going though as the K6 runs out of time. My money is on Intel but it may be dead 'till Jan. Jim
