The Arthur Schlesingers, Jr. and Sr., are poster children for what went wrong in the teaching of history to Americans. They were infected with the "Progressive" disease The Kennedys' personal historian and his father? They are indicative of the problem American journalism his inflicted on itself. People who lack understanding repeating the opinions of people who they associate with. We would be much better off with Art Laffer's opinions on economics than with Arthur Schleingers' parroting of progressive dogma on the economy.
