I went to UCSB 1993-1999 and I have relatives/friends in SoCal that I have visited pretty regularly since then. I've been in Mass since then, so now it's twice as long as there. :)

I am looking for something in 200K-350K range in Santa Barbara'ish or LA'ish or San Diego'ish area. But I am not looking actively, since I don't know what I would do with the house if I bought it now. I am still tied to Mass for now. Keeping it empty or renting out long-distance both have problems. So it's more of a wishing, less of a fishing. :)
