Mike - While he doesn't talk to analysts, he does have a history of responding to individual stockholders who call.

In retrospect, he seems to answer questions very literally and it doesn't pay to read much into his responses

Not to be disrespectful, but for someone who sure acts like an expert on APM and its CEO, it surprises me that you are not aware that several on this thread have spoken directly to Mr. Crisman. This is a regular practice for him to speak directly to shareholders. Perhaps if you were not so eager in making money by shorting the stock, you would not be as quick to comment negatively to Mr. Earl on something you don't know.
