>> but given the job he found none and wanted a couple more weeks to complete his search.

No one was talking about weeks, including Blix.

Oh would you just stop with the unadulterated BS. There were no WMDs in Iraq. After years of war, Bush finally sent his own guy who found nothing. Americans paid thru the nose for an unnecessary war because of an incompetent president and some very bad DNA in the GOP. Deal with it. Your denial is stinking up the joint.

Blix asked for two more weeks....... And Iraq was not a threat to us and therefore only a war of choice...

"And in all likelihood, he could never have PROVED anything one way or the other."

You're out of your tree.......The Bushies were so sure WMD existed Cheney and Rummy went on talk shows and avowed that they knew Saddam had WMD and what's more they knew where they were.... And who can forget Condi and her "mushroom cloud" oratory.... All during the run up to the invasion Bush kept using Saddam and 911 interchangeably and succeeded in convincing 70% of the public that Saddam was responsible for 911...
