I think the impending threat of a storm in the northeast will keep this bottled up one way or another. Actually, when volume is low, bulls are able to push prices up easily..

Tech still looks weak to me. Maybe when this current AAPL bounce peaks, it will make for a great market short op. Which will perhaps come before State of the Union wednesday.
