Woops. . .March 7, 2011 was the publication date. I was trying to show that many Warren Buffet watchers are trying to figure out his next big "buy". An interview at the time Buffet stated that his elephant gun was cocked and loaded and ready to take down a very large deal if/when the terms were right and the company called him w/ their offer.

So almost two years later and the worry w/ sequestration GD comes up with a pretty large Warren Buffet "new" buy. I do like the tie in w/ his small corporate jet business. It would be a $23B deal so it's pretty large.

Lots of discussion today on Bloomberg radio that Congress will just let the current budget cuts hit w/o debate. This includes those defensive cuts that will hit both GD and LMT.

Could there be any more negative news providing Buffet a better entry point for more shares of GD (maybe the entire company?).
