All of that makes sense to me and I suspect things will look a lot different a few months down the road. Better, hopefully. I am not inclined to say too much right now as on an emotional level, I feel fairly guilty for having been a vocal advocate of a company that many (self included) seem to be feeling did not treat shareholders in the best possible manner. I realize Tim B. says he had absolutely no choice and that he was determined not to allow to the company to go BK so if there really was no other alternative then I cannot fault him for doing what he believed to be necessary for the company to survive. It was probably the fact that this financing came after the shorts have been relentlessly pounding on this thing for months which was the real salt in the wound. It just seems like everyone and their brother has their way with this sector and the dawghouse is our destiny. Grrrrrrrr.

I'm regretful but not foolish. If I sold at these prices it would lead to more regret. I'm just being a monday morning qb who likes to think I would have anticipated the downturn and raised money at much higher prices - leading to much less dilution.
