QCOM: I view it same way as CSCO (previous post). I added a little here also to my few share position.

I really don't like stepping up for shares, esp. tech stocks which can be volatile. I just don't see a lot of new choices to deploy money into, for the typical value stocks that I would like to buy.

The cash component of my portfolios is very large, as large as it's ever been, and if I want to deploy cash (which I do), maybe I am just fooling myself into forcing a value proposition where there isn't much of one. Otoh, my buys with these tech companies are small, they're not going to really affect the portfolio if I'm wrong.
