Thread, if the exchange rates continue to move to our favor and it looks like they are up again today then this could actually benefit dell and cpq tremndously.
I think dell and cpq win on this more than the others.
it could also be just waht dell has needed to combat hp,ibm, and cpq
ODM plans since it drops their cost...
Funny, I started posting on this months and months ago and even had some post on it a yr ago when Burke said it would kill cpq and dell...
(exchange rates strengthening)...I had no takers..none..
but, now that Micheal Dell and pfeif have said it helps them..all of a sudden it's obvious and even meat and jimbo or parroting my posts.
I bet that was hard for them to do that..but their daddy is talking that trash now so it's gospel<ggg>

We use nothing but Compaqs. Switched from clones about three years back.
