An apology for what? Bilow said nothing about an oil reserve....he simply said Iraq was not a threat to us.....

To be a military threat to the US you need a *lot* more than oil. You need a big population of highly educated individuals. You need a strong economy. You need good land on which you can grow sufficient food to supply your population (otherwise you will starve when war stops international trade; this is what happened to Japan and to Germany in both wars).

The only country that came close to this recently was the USSR. Russia might get there again someday. China comes close. But Iraq??? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! LOL!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

P.S. Same with Iran and North Korea. They are not threats to the US. At best they are minor threats to their neighbors.
