If these case #'s are accurate, the company has a lot of explaining to do, both to RMIL shareholders and if they are not Michael has a lot of explaning.
Two view points may be good as I would like to know as much as I can. But when false press releases and lawsuits along with other BS are posted is this an accurate view point.

Then it would be nice if MK would refrain from droping hints. If he has something to say, then he should say it. As it is, he dropped hints to a point that he bored everyone and then when he put out the info it didn't seem half bad. His flair for the dramatic went too far. It's been known to happen in the theatre. Draw the audience in but get to the punch line or you will lose the audience. That's what Kugler did. Lost his audience.
