Another water dispute in the West---continuing a long standing tradition. It's to all affected parties beneficial interest to pool their water resources and mangement of the same like California, Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona have done for that river on their common border (the Colorado?).

It's only when the states have the political courage to start charging tap rates that take in future development that we will get some sane policies on this.
