The next major top will probably come when we don't read people talking about shorting the markets or how much they went down on the two huge bear markets in the past 12 years... but rather talk about how much people are making in stocks and real estate again is front page news.

Cash buyers of Bay Area real estate were getting negative returns before taxes at the last tops... I believe now, even with my home at a record high, a cash buyer would get between 2.5 and 3% return before taxes (depreciation).

Looks like Hussman needs about a 40% gain to get back to all time highs while many of us are making new highs every day... just saying... Da_Cheif has a stronger opinion.
