Fighting the trend is a bitch. The first few the stood up to oppose the Nazi's when the trend was firmly in place were rewarded with quick deaths and mostly remain unrecognized today though a few were martyred. Yes they were brave and righteous standing up for what they believed, but they were also way too early and their deaths were likely pointless. So maybe it is better to bide your time and wait for the strength of the trend to ebb before trying to turn it. I really don't know, but I worry for my children because they are at a vulnerable age as students tend to be a first wave of resistant in the event of police state / martial law type takeover.
