I first learned about mind from BI Research newsletter about two years ago. I bought 4400 shares at 4.25 and still hold them (along with a few thousand additional shares.)

The company has no debt, although some question why they would do a secondary offering to raise moeny rather than use debt.

The funds generated by the secondary offering will be used to increase the size of the "lease pool" and they say they already have contract committments for this new equipment.

Margins are higher on leased equipment than on equipment sales (they also sell equipment).

Only 50,000 shares are being sold in the offering by existing shareholders. Total offering size is 1.85 million, I think.

BI Research has a rating that is above 11 -- one of the highest I have EVER seen in that newsletter over the past 3-4 years. (BI is rated the 4th best newsletter FWIW biresearch.com check 'em out.)

I don't know what else to tell you. There is a MIND board on SI.

The stock did not participate in the latest rally until late yesterday. As I said, this is likely due to the offering. I don't know when the offering will be, but I expect the stock will resume its sector participation after it is digested -- which could be several days following the pricing of the offering. So I would expect it to be a laggard for a while. But anything can happen.
