I disagree that HY is not a value stock at current price. I think that you (we?) have been spoiled by 2009 if 10 P/E stock is not considered a value stock anymore. If you look at P/S it's supercheap, but margins are low, so that's more debatable.

If the company can grow at 5%'ish, it's one of the cheapest stocks in the current market period.

Could you tell what valuation methods you use when you claim that "HY isn't a value stock at current price"?
