Tumble: LOL! to your "no one there comment." It reminds of the the Fed's recent activity in shutting down several nefarious "boiler room" operations, some of which were located out in the southwest. About time, too, in my book, since I've seen several penny category "stocks" that appeared to be undergoing pump & dump manipulation. That, of course, isn't the case here.
Regarding your comment about company-shareholder relations. If Cal Reed reflects VLNC's current persona then it isn't surprising VLNC is less than enthusiastic about rubbing noses with share holders. The debacle they underwent a year ago most likely crushed any management desire to hug their shareholders prematurely. All I've seen of mgmnt these days indicates they're keeping their collective heads down and concentrating on the business at hand, regardless of how much the shareholders want a "hug." And that's perfectly fine in my book. Let's get the production line up and underway, all else is secondary until that happens. And we all know how soon that should be, eh?
Meanwhile, let's hope Mr. Wolun. makes some glowing comments. If the posters "Friday" commentary is accurate I'd be expecting to see this current trading range as the final bottom. A launching pad, so to speak, for the first quarter '98 launching of the VLNC production rocket.

Regards!

John~
