What absolute perverted hogwash. Criminals and the insane have no Constitutionally protected right to own any and all manner of military weaponry without any legal limits. Laws requiring background checks are not unconstitutional -- far from you. Laws requiring background checks are absolutely enforced without violating any aspect of the Constitution and you know it. The NRA is not the defender of the Constitution. The NRA is the defender of the the NRA -- a perverted organization using the Constitution as a smokescreen to promote its own violent image of what America should be --- where guns blaze and children die while the bucks roll into to NRA coffers to feed the bloated smug self-serving a$$holes who are on the NRA payroll in Washington.
