Someone should post his death on the thread that remembers fallen S.I. persons.

It's a great thread. If I find it I will post it here and then someone who knew Cognito should do the posting. All I knew was I loved him, Allen with whom I corresponded PM throughout the years. He had a Canadian girl friend.....
