From what I've seen, he lives under a bridge on the freeway, gets free meals from Plowshares, goes to the ER when sick, and goes to the ER waiting room when it gets very cold. The sheriff/coroner will remove his corpse from under the bridge, well before it begins to stink, and will dispose of the remains. I don't mind if he takes my help on his terms.
