Justin,You are RIGHT..think of it this way they wanted to get in cheap in a time that Creaf is gonna see most reward,so they did an interview in Singapore and mentioned ASIA and Latin America is slow
if you look back Creaf had acknowledged that their sales are booming in Europe which was slow before and U.S keeps getting better even picking up in Japan.

Lets what next few days holds.
