Peter, APM's book value is $10 a share. And, there's another $8 a share in accumulated depreciation if you want to back-figure original cost to build. Worldwide hard drive sales are growing so those assets are likely to look mighty fine to a competitor making a build-or-buy decision.

Even if you assign $0 in value to patents, processes, personnel and purchase premium, I still can't find my way down to an $8 share price as you suggested.
